Asaya Massage and Wellness is a place where healing meets balance. The name Asaya means “God has created,” and Āśaya in Sanskrit refers to “balance.” This reflects the essence of our mission—to restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit through holistic practices.

In 2018, I returned to my hometown of Campbellsville, KY, after spending nearly ten years out west, with a vision to create a platform that inspires people to heal their bodies with a more holistic approach. In 2019, after years of prayer and seeking guidance, I received a distinct message: “If you can touch them, you can help them.” This moment marked the beginning of my journey into Massage Therapy.

The logo for Asaya embodies this vision and philosophy. It reflects the earth’s elements—earth, water, fire, and air—symbolizing the natural forces that align and balance the body. These elements represent grounding, flow, vitality, and clarity—principles we embrace to help clients reconnect with their natural state of health.

With a deep passion for the human experience, nature, and plant medicine, I have dedicated countless hours to perfecting my craft as a Massage Therapist. I am committed to sharing knowledge about holistic health and its many facets, with the ultimate goal of healing.

According to the National Health Interview Survey, 50.2 million adults in the U.S. experience chronic pain on most days, and the National Institute on Drug Abuse reports that between 8 to 12 percent of people using opioids for chronic pain develop an opioid use disorder. In 2020, an estimated 2.7 million Americans aged 12 or older reported having an opioid use disorder.

I am deeply committed to changing this statistic and being part of a movement toward healing and wellness. The journey to healing is never over, and I truly believe it is a lifelong experience.

I invite you to share your healing journey with me at Asaya, where you will find a safe space for balance within your body, mind, and spirit. At the end of each massage, I say “Namaste,” meaning “I bow to everything that is good and divine in you.” I pray that God’s hands will guide mine, helping to restore balance (Āśaya) within you.
